Puddytat has front paged the decision by the right wingers on the Wisconsin Supreme court to ignore the law and allow the union busting bill to proceed, and made the obvious statement that the course not to fix this is the recall elections.
With Prosser back on the bench, this is not going to happen.
Despite the fact that the Government Accountability Board found the Republican arguments against the recalls of Republicans laughable, but Democratic arguments credible enough for a 1 week delay to evaluate them, they will shut it down.
Shut it down, just like John Sweeney told these folks to do during the Dade County recount in 2000:

I'm not sure if they are going to just shut the recall elections down, or find a way to stretch out the process long enough that it sputters to a death, but you can be sure that it will be something, and that it will be a 4-3 party-line vote, and they will do their level best to ignore the law to shut it down.
Just you watch.
